Duncan Prince

With over 30 years as an insurance entrepreneur, and 20 years teaching college-level insurance programs, Duncan Prince has earned a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable industry leaders in Southern California. Serving as both CEO and CFO, Mr. Prince has been instrumental in growing Invensure's commercial insurance business, and has become a well-known speaker at agency conventions and advisory councils. A graduate of the University of California at Irvine, Mr. Prince and his family has called Orange County home for more than 30 years.

Richard Sherman

Rich Sherman began his insurance career in 1982, learning the business from the ground up while growing his family's brokerage firm. As president of Invensure, Mr. Sherman plays a pivotal role in the company's continued expansion to new markets, as well as its commitment to the finest customer service. An active supporter of charitable organizations throughout Orange County such as the YMCA, Surfrider Foundation and Kids Cancer Connection, he is also a proud Southern California native of which his family has been a part for four generations. Mr. Sherman is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine, with a degree in Economics.

Bob Parent

After more than a decade in sales and management with Motorola, Bob Parent turned to the insurance world, eventually launching his own agency in 1997 that later merged to become Invensure. As a principal, Bob has taken special interest in growing the company's claims division while cultivating the firm's dedication to customer service through sound advice. A finance graduate of the University of Minnesota, Bob is a long-term Orange County resident, where he and his wife raised their two children.
